Tantalize your taste buds and indulge your curiosity for how wine is produced at an acclaimed winery in Serdiana in the heart of Sardinia's winemaking region. Get beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, dotted with important historical remains. Learn how the land has been used to cultivate different grape varieties, along with olive groves of about 5,000 plants of the Tonda di Cagliari and Pitz'e Carroga varieties.
Admire the ancient equipment and see different areas of the wine estate, including where the wine is left to mature in casks. Then, sample 6 of the wines produced on the estate, paired with some regional food specialties, including cold cuts and cheeses.
