Enter an ancient castle and winery in the famous Brunello area. Enjoy an amazing cooking class with fine wine tasting
Join us for an unforgettable day of food, wine, and history in a Medieval castle deep in the Tuscan hills.
The estate also boasts a colorful organic vegetable garden, which is where your culinary journey begins. After you pick your ingredients from the garden, your chef will show you how to transform them into the classic dishes of the region: summer panzanella salad, hearty ribollita stew, pici (a Tuscan pasta) with a ragù of wild boar, and more. As you prepare each dish together, discover the culture and history that makes this region of Italy so special. But most of all, take this time to be together. Whether an extended family, a collection of friends, or a team-building business retreat, cooking is an opportunity to laugh, share, and create as a group.
When you finish preparing your dishes, it’s time to taste! Enjoy your hard work as you gaze over the vineyard hills and sip some of the castle estate’s Brunello wines.
This experience includes the Tuscan cooking class, followed by a candlelit dinner on the castleɩs terrace as you watch the sunset. -
