Meet your friendly guide at the hotel then explore the amazing local market; see many varieties of fresh fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, fresh seafood, Meet friendly local sellers and learn curiosities about Vietnamese food.
Then, head up to a rice paper factory and see how rice paper is made, before moving to a local cow farm and enjoy a great time to milk the cow and understanding the whole process to look after animals.
Keeping going the journey to the cooking school and enjoy fresh fruits from the farm, Aroma Weasel coffee with fresh milk that you collected from local cow farm and the best cup of Vietnamese coffee that you never try in your life. Then, head up to be a real Vietnamese farmer with nice hat, scissors and basket to learn more about herbs, spicy, vegetables, mushroom, and fruits how to use for medicine and cooking and use your hands to collect all of it for your dishes.
After harvesting, you will learn how to make rice paddies and understanding the whole process to make rice fields. Then, it's time to put your apron and follow your Master chef explaining how to make Vietnamese food in the simplest ways. Cook your favorite local dishes -communicate them before the cooking class. Once the work is completed, take a seat and enjoy the meal with your old and new friends. Don't forget your special souvenir t-shirt and the recipes for surprising your guest once back home.
