Discover the world of craft beer and distilling with an exclusive brewery tour and tasting experience in Livigno, Lombardy. You’ll explore the cellar, the brewery, and all production areas, and you’ll get a close look at the raw ingredients used in the brewing process. Your tour begins with a short introduction to the history of the highest brewery in Europe, followed by a clear and simple explanation of the production process—from the initial mashing stage to hopping and fermentation. You will then continue to the cellar, where the beer matures and is stored before bottling. During the experience, you’ll be guided by qualified sommeliers who will lead you through a full 360° tasting.
