Live an authentic culinary experience in the ancient Republic in the world, San Marino. Discover Romagna regional food and learn to cook like a local. Meet your friendly local chef and discover the secrets of traditional cuisine in a charming agriturismo (farmhouse), where the culture passed on generation by generation, a way to stay healthy and live well. Enjoy a special tour of the farm with brief historical and technical explanations
Then, start your authentic culinary experience. You will learn to prepare homemade pasta(Tagliatelle or Strozzapreti) and other local dishes like passatelli, piadina, bustrengo. You will master some of the chef secrets' and surprise your friends once you will be back home.
You will also discover and taste fine local wines and learn to pair them with local delicacies. Here is a typical menu you will prepare:
- Piadina with cheese and cold cuts served with our honey and jams
- Tagliatelle with Ragù or Strozzapreti with sausages sauce
- Pollo alla cacciatora
- Seasonal vegetable side dish
- Bustrengo
