The mission is to preserve the tradition started by the founder.
First, you will be guided through the production facility, delving deeper into the history and tradition of the family with a quick walk down memory lane. Then, you will be guided through all production phases, from the salt cellars where are carried out the salting of the legs to the maturing cellars, where they are left to rest for over 15 months.
After your visit, you will get a tutored tasting of the Prosciutto, together with Focaccia – traditional Montagnana Bread – and a glass of sparkling Italian wine.
