The course introduces participants to learn about the finest traditional and creative Tuscan cooking techniques, allowing you to prepare regional dishes and replicate them once you are back home.
The hands-on cooking class is organized in the late morning, Chef Roberto and his team will introduce you to the secrets of their cuisine, describing the choice and selection of ingredients and teaching the necessary techniques to prepare delicious Tuscan recipes. The small number of participants - a maximum of 4 at a time - and personalized guidance will allow everyone to fully master the techniques taught by the team.
At the end of the lesson, you will enjoy a full Tuscan lunch with the recipes you have bee preparing combined with local organic wine.
