Learn about the very special methods of winemaking that are used in Andalucia.
Mostly these are wines with elevated alcohol content (so-called "generous wines"), from dry ones such as Fino wine to naturally sweet Pedro Ximénez Dulce made from raisins.
You will discover the winery, founded in 1902 and now one of the most important wineries of the region. During the tour, you 'll learn its history and focus on the process of aging of the wines and brandies.
Visitors will see traditional cellar of fermentation; The Arch Cellar and subterranean cellar, unique in the Montilla-Moriles. After that, you will see the Brandy cellar since the production of various distillates and liqueurs is also an important activity here in Andalucia.
The visit ends with the tasting of the most emblematic wines in the tasting lounge.
