Discover Franciacorta wines and learn about the Champagne method. Enter a famous winery, which has always been an "open cellar" that welcomes wine tourists every day of the year and guides them to the vineyard and tasting.
Let you be shown the complex pathways that lead from the vineyard to the bottle while listening to how much work there is behind a glass of Franciacorta, about the 70 times that a bottle is touched over the 3-year average life spent in the cellar. Ate the congress hall, you will enjoy an educational video about Franciacorta: "From the harvest to the draw." Then, step through Villa Baiana, also home to the Museum Remo White, Contemporary Art Museum with 180 works on display. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Vertical Marmonier Torchio, a press designed and built by craftsmen from Brescia in 1999 that refers to the concept of crushing, before continuing in the cellar of 7500mq fully realized under the hill with the explanation of the Champagne method.
Finish the tour in the best way toasting with two types of Franciacorta wine paired with crackers, Grana Padano cheese, and salami Bresciano.
