Full description
Half-day walking Tour that will lead you directly to the other bank of the river, the so-called Oltrarno area, the most authentic part of the city, crowded with historical workshops concerning any kind of handicraft.
You will appreciate the skills of paper and mosaic artisans, visiting their workshops and you'll learn how they create their marvelous products. Then you'll discover the layout of an Artisanal goldsmith workshop, directly set in one of the most important squares of the area, Holy Spirit. You'll enjoy the beauty of the interior of the church from which the square takes his name, admiring the sacristy in which a wooden crucifix sculpted by Michelangelo is preserved. After that, you'll see a Historical Sculpture Showroom and its studio, where you'll admire a Florentine master at work.
