Learn to cook like a Roman and get hands-on help preparing your own lunch or dinner from a professional chef. Your cook and teacher, Milva, has prepared a refined menu of Roman recipes, using fresh produce and raw materials from Lazio.
Start the 3-hour program preparing the dough for fettuccine, a type of pasta popular in Roman cuisine. Roll it out and prepare the sauce with some special advice from the chef. Once your work is finished, you and the chef will enjoy the dishes you prepared. You’ll also learn to pair local recipes with fine Italian wines. Take home the recipes and impress your friends and family.
