Live a one-of-a-kind, full-immersion culinary journey in Positano. Discover Italian traditional cuisine in an extraordinary way.
A multi-course sensory experience with a menu that changes daily with ingredients sourced each morning from local markets and farmers who dedicate themselves to making some of the most outstanding food that we bring to the table.Meet Peter, the chef, a proponent of clean, organic eating as well as sustainable farming, will share his approach to the Mediterranean cuisine, now officially certified as the healthiest in the World; one of simplicity but also of traditional recipes that he grew up with throughout his childhood.
Upon arrival, you will be presented with a glass of exceptional Prosecco, local cheeses made in this region accompanied by olive oil dips and balsamic vinegar that has been produced across the whole of the Italian peninsula. The bread is locally sourced from one of the few woods-fired bakeries and is made to order each morning. You will enjoy dipping the bread in fragrant olive oil or spreading grilled cheese on top of a toasted Bruschetta. Be inspired and make your meal with fresh local organic ingredients.
A matching wine component is also fundamental to this experience. Peter's extensive wine cellar comprises a vast number of wineries that cover the entire Italian peninsula including the wine-producing islands such as Pantelleria, Sicily, Sardinia, and others, from the furthest northern regions of Trentino Alto Adige to Puglia in the furthest south. Each dish that is assembled will be paired with a different wine from the cellar that lays in the foundations of the villa itself; allowing for perfect harmony between the Mediterranean flavors and Italy’s fine wines. You will experience wine varietals that, for the large part, are unknown to the rest of the world, as your chef's wines are from small boutique family-run wineries from across the country that cover regional as well as local production.
