You will enjoy a yoga session surrounded by the volcanic scenario of Lanzarote.Our Sandra offers Yoga practice for all levels, adapting the classes to each single person and giving to the students postural variations according to their level.
Each person is in a different moment of his life, for this reason some people need more meditation and some others prefer a dynamic practice to move the Inner Energy. The focus is always the breathing.
Sandra is very precise to correct the postures according to Iyengar details, she likes to introduce intense postures from Ashtanga style and finish the lesson with a relaxing Mantra.
Time and location of the class might very according to the wind condition and weather. -
