Discover a family owned organic winery based in Corinth on the Peloponnese. Meet your friendly winemaker and discover his secrets. His winery has 8 ha of vineyards on two places, one in Corinth around our winery and the other in Mycenae, near the famous archaeological site and birthplace of Greek viticulture almost 4,000 years ago.
You will learn how a good wine bases its roots in the vineyard from healthy and natural vines. That’s why your host cultivate strictly organic.
All the wines are single varietal because in this way the winemaker can show his passion for quality and give each grape variety the attention that it deserves.
He has also won awards at international wine competitions such as AWC Vienna and Millesime Bio in France.
The winemaker is eager to meet new people and share his passion for wine. It is not only about tasting the wine, but to get a deeper look at the way it is made.
Starting by a walk through the organic vineyard the tour continues to where we make the wine and is ending at the wine cellar with the beautiful tasting room.
Here you can take your time to wind down and be seduced by the flavor and aroma of local wines.
During the guided tasting you will learn about modern Greek wine, the indigenous grape varieties and the unique terroir.
The tasting will includes 4 wines accompanied by a plate with cheeses, tomatoes, olives and bread sticks -
