Discover Matera culinary traditions and feel like an Italian chef for one day. Meet your local friendly chef and begin a sensorial journey through Italian flavors.
You will prepare with her some traditional courses, including hand made pasta. Learn and cook together some simple courses of the tradition, so that you will be able to reply to the same courses at home. The chef will share with you cooking tips and curiosities that you will bring back home.
