Visit a famous winery in Campania, and learn about wine culture for the rediscovery of Mediterranean flavors. The estate promotes southern Italy grape varieties to invest in the land and in the century-old tradition of Irpinia winemaking, means offering a future to a special environmental heritage.
Since its early days, the winery focused on the preservation of authentic top quality productions, and on the definition of a premium quality standard. The new winery was inaugurated in 2004 blending the estate long-standing tradition with a futuristic architectural project.
Climbing up the hill towards Sorbo Serpico, you enter a magical world, with streams of water, herb gardens and blossoming rose bushes. The greatest surprise is inside the winery, with the long barrel cellar where the winery stores its red wine.
The scented aromatic herb garden rose bushes and fragrant orchard matched with the splendid atmosphere of the barrel cellar, will lead you to the discovery of their “grape cycle”. This is an opportunity to learn about winemaking processes and wine aging while experiencing a guided wine tasting session of three different wines paired with local delicacies. -
