Live an authentic culinary experience in Tuscan Arezzo. Enter Fabio's farmhouse and enjoy amazing hands-on cooking followed by a convivial dinner with his family.
Fabio's farmhouse is located in a beautiful park and has a beautiful garden space for delicious outdoor bbq in the summertime. Fabio is a professional chef with a great passion for Tuscan culinary traditions and recipes.Fabio adores cooking and hosting guests, together with the help of his wife. Together they have refined a menu of Tuscan specialties, using products and raw materials from the countryside, like meat and vegetables from the local market, and olive oil from Puglia. Fresh pasta is an Italian tradition that never dies, but you will give a touch more to this goodness, you will give it color.
You will use natural colors that vegetables give us and you will prepare stuffed ravioli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, maltagliati, all seasoned with various sauces, such as wild boar sauce, Tuscan ragout, mushrooms, cheese, and pepper.
Of course, the pasta will be prepared together using the old grandmother and the rolling pin.
When everything is ready, you will eat it, naturally, you will not miss local wine, water, coffee or cappuccino.
As a final surprise, there will also be a homemade dessert.Get ready to learn some of the secrets of our cuisine and enjoy the meal with your friends and family.
