Together they have refined a menu of Tuscan specialties, using products and raw materials from the countryside, like meat and vegetables from the local market, and olive oil from Puglia. Fresh pasta is an Italian tradition that never dies, but you will give a touch more to this goodness, you will give it color.
You will use natural colors that vegetables give us and you will prepare stuffed ravioli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, maltagliati, all seasoned with various sauces, such as wild boar sauce, Tuscan ragout, mushrooms, cheese, and pepper.
