Live an authentic culinary experience in Conegliano Veneto. Prosecco is today one of the best-known and most popular sparkling wines in the world: it has become an icon of Italian style. Its history began in the hills lying between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the Veneto Region of north-eastern Italy, some 50 km from Venice and 100 km from the Dolomite. Enter a typical villa and enjoy amazing hands-on cooking followed by a convivial dinner.
Elena and Francesca, your local expert chefs, met in 2013 studying for a Masters degree in the Culture of Food and Wine at the Cà Foscari University. Although with different backgrounds, they share a passion for cooking and together created a project which organizes gastronomic events aimed at internationalizing the Veneto regional culture and the excellence of its food products.
Get ready to learn some of the secrets of our cuisine and enjoy the meal with your friends and family.
Here is a typical menu you will prepare:- Traditional Veneto cold cuts
- Robiola cheese mousse with fresh tomatoes and basil sauce
- Mini eggplant parmigiana
- Pasta with seasonal vegetables
- Braised beef or chicken slices with rocket and parmesan
- Dessert: Bavaresi fruit sponge cake or yogurt with fresh fruit
