Discover authentic Sorrento culinary traditions with a friendly expert chef. You, equipped with hat and apron, will put your hands on and prepare a traditional local menu with the supervision of your staff and chef. You will prepare a starter, a first course, a second course, and the farmhouse desserts.
Your friendly chef will illustrate the several phases of the fresh pasta making: the typical and famous ravioli of the Campania region filled with fresh ricotta and herbs, as well as the gnocchi dressed with traditional sauces, for example the sauce with the “pomodorini” of “piennolo vesuviano” quality which will be produced, cooked and served from the same guests.
At the end of the course, you will leave with all the recipes learned, before enjoying your lunch with a fine selection of wines.
