Working with only flour and eggs, mix them with passion, prepare the dough of pasta fresca improving your cooking skills, knead, cut, tagliatelle roll and fill ravioli, shape scialatielli.
She will show you the authentic recipe of the ragù napoletano, you will prepare the meatballs.to create your favorite dish. You will also prepare a second course of short ribs or a parmigiana, and last but not least the king of Italian desserts, the Tiramisu.
At the end of the class they will sit around the table to enjoy the fruits of their labor in a convivial atmosphere accompanied by regional wines and finish with homemade limoncello made by the hostess.
