Full description
Learn to cook like an Andalusian in a typical home in the central district of Seville and get hands-on help preparing your own dinner from a friendly professional chef. Enter the home of your cook and teacher, Victor, located in one of the most dynamic districts of the city. He will have prepared a refined menu of Andalusian and Spanish recipes using fresh produce and raw materials.
During this class, you will have the chance to get involved in the preparation of paella, gazpacho, and sangria. Classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks and will enable you to learn and develop new techniques and skills. Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learned. You will be given written recipes and lots of tips.
Here is a sample menu:
- appetizers: different kind of tapas, Spanish tortilla, croquetas;
- Main course: meat stew, broth, some recipes with Spanish meats
- Drinks: red wine, white wine, rosé wine or beer.
Once the work is completed, take a seat and enjoy the fruits of your labor in a convivial atmosphere.
