Full description
Enter your host cozy home in Budapest and learn the secrets of Hungarian cuisine. Enjoy an authentic Hungarian culinary experience. Learn how to prepare local recipes such as Lecso. Then enjoy a fine dinner of your hand-made dishes.
Prepare Appetizers such as small quiches with goat cheese-swiss chard filling, fresh bread with herb-flower butter, paired with local wine. Then learn to master real Hungarian Lecso in a kettle over an open fire. Lecso is a thick vegetable ragout or stew which features explicitly yellow pointed peppers, tomato, onion, salt, and ground sweet and/or hot paprika.
Enjoy the results of your work, dining with the host. In the end, taste a fabulous homemade ice-cream made from honey and lavender! You will close the night with a dessert called Bearfoot, the final surprise to your special dinner. Get ready for an amazing experience in Budapest.
