Learn to cook like a Sicilian in this authentic hands-on cooking class in Modica.
Meet your friendly chef in Modica, enter her kitchen and learn to prepare delicious Sicilian recipes.You will learn how to make homemade Ravioli and other kinds of pasta easily and successfully. Ravioli are a type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough. With only two ingredients you can make the perfect pasta, there will be an expert chef teaching you techniques and traditional recipes.
After the class, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor with your friends and family. Every participant will receive written English instructions for making pasta at home easily and successfully by email.
