The tour starts early in the morning to reach a cheese factory and watch the Parmigiano Reggiano production: from the curd to the aging. At the end, you can also taste this amazing cheese, famous all over the world. After the visit, come back to Parma to discover the city by cycling on its bike lanes and through its parks and city center. You will also visit the most famous monuments. The tour finishes in a typical delicatessen to taste cured meats and typical dishes.
