Get hands-on help preparing your own lunch or dinner. Your host is also an art expert and she will tell curious stories about the history of Catania and the beautiful places you can visit in Sicily.
Enter the home of your cook and teacher and learn the Sicilian recipes of the tradition.
Learn how to use fresh ingredients and raw materials from the island, using only local products. Prepare a typical 3-course meal (starter, main course and dessert), home made pasta and the typical Sicilian dessert, Biancomangiare.
