A journey into Florence’s traditionally “popular” districts with your excellent guide Francesca, a gastronome, chef, and Italian foodie. Learn to prepare handmade pasta and other local recipes in this cooking class in Florence. Then enjoy the meal with fine Tuscan wine!
Learn to cook like a Florentine and get hands-on help preparing your own lunch or dinner from a friendly and passionate professional chef.
Enter the home of your cook and teacher, Francesca, located in one of the most authentic Florentine districts. She has prepared a refined menu of Roman recipes using fresh produce and raw materials from Tuscany.
You will start the lesson by preparing the dough for "tagliatelle," a type of pasta popular in the Italian cuisine. Then, you will roll it out and prepare the sauce with some special advice from the chef. You will also cook an appetizer and a dessert. Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dishes along with the chef. Learn to combine local recipes with fine Italian wine, which of course, you will taste.
After the pasta cooking class, you will be given a paper with all the recipes prepared with the chef. Get ready for an amazing culinary experience. An enriching lesson for both taste and knowledge. -
