Learn more about the food culture of the Po Valley, home to some of Italy's gastronomic marvels. It's here that balsamic vinegar is produced, whilst the vineyards of Emilia-Romagna are responsible for producing Lambrusco wine.
Prepare a refined menu of Emilia-Romagna specialties using produce from the local market, and learn some of the secrets of the cuisine.
